**Résumé**:
Relevant du gestionnaire principal, solutions de livraison, le conseiller principal, solutions, est responsable de l’architecture, de la conception technique et de l’intégration de solutions personnalisées (réseau local, réseau étendu, Sécurité, Wi-Fi, nuage, centre de données) pour répondre aux besoins des clients du marché des grandes entreprises.

**Principales responsabilités**:
**Gouvernance et architecture**
- Maintenir le plan directeur des besoins de l’entreprise.
- Intégrer différentes couches technologiques dans une architecture globale.
- Comprendre l’évolution du marché des TI et ce qu’elle signifie pour l’entreprise.
- Assurer le leadership technologique dans le cadre de nouveaux projets.
- Créer des conceptions de réseautage et de réseau Wi-Fi prises en charge. Assurer l’architecture, la conception, la mise en œuvre et la mise à l’essai.

**Responsable technique**
- Agir comme leader technique du réseautage et du réseau Wi-Fi affecté à un client ou à un projet.
- Superviser les projets de réseautage et de réseau Wi-Fi et fournir des directives ou des recommandations.
- Diriger la livraison de projets de réseautage, de centres de données et de réseau Wi-Fi importants et complexes.
- Valider la stratégie de livraison de projets complexes.
- Participer à la résolution des problèmes liés à l’architecture.
- Superviser l’évolution de la portée du projet jusqu’à sa livraison et adapter la stratégie.

**Responsable de la conception**
- Concevoir des solutions de réseautage, de centres de données et de réseau Wi-Fi en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise. Produire des schémas et des spécifications pour la réalisation des tâches liées aux solutions choisies.
- Rédiger des offres de service, participer à leur rédaction et en assurer la coordination de manière à garantir la qualité des documents produits dans un délai acceptable qui répond aux exigences techniques et juridiques du client et de Bell.
- Élaborer des plans pour le lancement, la mise à l’essai et la présentation de nouvelles solutions.
- Produire et rédiger des rapports techniques sur demande pour le client ou la direction.

**Expérience en consultation**
- Sens des affaires - Orientation client et expérience pratique auprès de clients externes.
- Capacité de repérer des occasions d’affaires et de les convertir en contrats concrets pour les Services professionnels.
- Capacité d’analyser les besoins des clients et de préparer les documents précisant les services professionnels à fournir (portée des travaux, proposition, contrat).
- Capacité d’analyse et esprit novateur - Capacité de recueillir les données, d’analyser l’information et de formuler des recommandations pratiques.
- Capacité de transformer les enjeux techniques en avantages et en occasions d’affaires.
- Capacité de préparer et de produire des rapports et des présentations.
- Capacité de recommander des mises à niveau, des améliorations ou des changements technologiques afin de maintenir l’efficacité opérationnelle de l’infrastructure de réseau.

**Qualifications essentielles**:

- Télécommunications ou informatique, ou expérience équivalente;
- Au moins dix (10) ans d’expérience dans le domaine des télécommunications, du réseautage, des centres de données, de la sécurité et des réseaux Wi-Fi;
- Compétences avancées en acheminement réseau, en commutation, en centres de données, en réseaux Wi-Fi et en sécurité; conception, mise en œuvre, mise à l’essai et dépannage de l’architecture;
- Connaissance approfondie des réseaux locaux, des réseaux étendus, des centres de données, des réseaux Wi-Fi, du logiciel Ekahau, du module ISE, de Cisco Prime et des services en nuage;
- Compétences avancées en réseaux Wi-Fi avec Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Aruba, Juniper et Ekahau;
- Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et tester les solutions Cisco et Fortinet;
- Agréments : réseautage (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Meraki et Aruba) et sans-fil (Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki et Aruba);
- Solides aptitudes en communications verbales et écrites et en présentations (rédaction de rapports, aptitudes en présentations et en relations interpersonnelles);
- Connaissance de Microsoft Office, de Word, d’Excel, de PowerPoint et de Visio requise;
- Déplacements vers les sites du client requis;
- Permis de conduire valide.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais), un atout
