Chez Ericsson, nous sommes à la recherche d'un chef de produit SaaS dynamique et stratégique pour développer et piloter notre portefeuille de produits Ericsson Engineering Cloud (E2C) Tools. Le chef de produit stratégique SaaS est responsable de la gestion de bout en bout de notre portefeuille d'outils SaaS E2C au sein du Cloud et des Applications. Ce rôle est une fonction clé au sein de notre organisation, il nécessite un mélange de réflexion stratégique, de connaissance du marché et de collaboration interfonctionnelle pour favoriser le succès des produits SaaS E2C et l'évolution technologique.

**Responsabilités**:

- Développer et créer une stratégie de produit SaaS et une feuille de route de portefeuille en alignement avec notre stratégie et les exigences des parties prenantes.
- S'assurer que les feuilles de route des produits et services et les documents connexes sont définis et tenus à jour. Assurer un suivi étroit de la stratégie et de l'exécution de la feuille de route avec nos fournisseurs.
- Préparer le plan d'affaires financier du portefeuille, les prévisions financières et le suivi budgétaire pendant l'exécution.
- Définir et hiérarchiser les caractéristiques, les fonctionnalités et les améliorations des produits SaaS en fonction des besoins et des objectifs des parties prenantes.
- Piloter l'évolution de la technologie SaaS E2C et la contribution à la stratégie Cloud & Applications. Mener des études de marché et des analyses concurrentielles pour identifier les tendances, les opportunités et les menaces.

**Compétence**:

- Bonne connaissance et compréhension de GEN AI.
- Bonne connaissance et compréhension du Cloud Native, du Cloud hybride, du modèle d'exploitation Cloud.
- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de produits, le développement et la gestion de stratégies de portefeuille et de feuilles de route.
- Bonne expérience dans le développement de produits et la gestion du LCM.
- Bonne connaissance et compréhension financières.
- Solides capacités de leadership et de conseil.
- Bonnes capacités de réflexion stratégique et de planification.

**Éducation**:

- Une maîtrise en génie ou un MBA sera une préférence.

**About this opportunity**:
We at Ericsson are seeking a dynamic and strategic SaaS product manager to develop and drive our Ericsson Engineering Cloud (E2C) Tools product portfolio.
The SaaS Strategic Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of our SaaS E2C tools product portfolio within Cloud and Applications.
This role is a key function within our organization, it requires a blend of strategic thinking, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration to drive SaaS E2C product success and technology evolution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create SaaS product strategy, and portfolio roadmap in alignment with our strategy and stakeholders requirements.
- Ensure that Product and Service roadmaps and related documents are defined and maintained.
- Close follow up on strategy and roadmap execution with our suppliers.
- Prepare portfolio financial business plan, financial forecast, and budget follow up during execution.
- Define and prioritize SaaS product features, functionalities and enhancements based on stakeholders needs and objectives.
- Drive Portfolio SaaS E2C Technology Evolution and Contribution to Cloud & Applications strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

**Competence**:

- Good knowledge and understanding in GEN AI.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Cloud Native, Hybrid Cloud, Cloud Operating model.
- Min 10 years experience in Product Management, developing and handling portfolio strategy and roadmaps.
- Good experience in product development and handling LCM.
- Good financial knowledge and understanding.
- Strong leadership and consultative capabilities.
- Good strategic thinking capabilities and planning.

**Educational**:

- Master’s degree in Eng. or MBA will be a preference.
