**How you'll help build the future**:

- **Strategic SEO Planning**: Develop and implement a long-term SEO strategy that aligns with our content and marketing goals, focusing on sustainable growth in organic search visibility and traffic.
- **Technical SEO Excellence**: Conduct thorough technical SEO audits and implement optimizations to improve site structure, page speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall site health. Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithms and best practices to ensure compliance and performance.
- **Visibility and Discoverability Optimization**: Leverage advanced SEO features such as featured snippets, enriched meta cards, and structured data to enhance content visibility and discoverability in search results.
- **Offsite SEO Management**: Spearhead offsite SEO efforts, including link-building campaigns and partnerships, to enhance our domain authority and online presence. Identify and pursue offsite content opportunities to support our SEO objectives and increase brand exposure.
- **Analytics and Performance Tracking**: Utilize SEO analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to refine and optimize our SEO strategy. Report on SEO progress and ROI to stakeholders.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and technical staff to ensure SEO best practices are integrated throughout all digital content and platforms.

- **Proven SEO Expertise**: Extensive experience in SEO with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful long-term SEO strategy implementation and significant improvements in organic search performance.
- **Technical SEO Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of technical SEO principles, with proven experience enhancing website architecture, improving page speed, and ensuring mobile optimization.
- **Search Engine Mastery**: Up-to-date knowledge of Google's algorithms, updates, and best practices. Ability to adapt strategies in response to search engine evolution and maintain a competitive edge in SEO.
- **Visibility Techniques**: Experience with optimizing for Google's rich features, including featured snippets and enriched meta cards, to maximize content visibility.
- **Offsite SEO and Link Building**: Demonstrated ability to manage offsite SEO objectives, including link building and offsite content strategies, to bolster domain authority and online presence.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics) to track performance and inform strategy adjustments.
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder reporting.
