Relevant du directeur des services techniques et de l'innovation, le gestionnaire de projet est responsable de la gestion professionnelle et de la réussite des projets de dépenses en immobilisations assignés pour Centurion Property Associates conformément aux budgets et aux échéanciers préétablis.

Le gestionnaire de projet est responsable de l'administration de toutes les ressources, contrats, outils et fournitures connexes pour s'assurer que Centurion Asset Management Inc. | Les actifs immobiliers de Centurion Property Associates Inc. sont entretenus de manière efficace et efficiente selon les normes établies.
