**Job Posting Title**:
Technical Project Manager

**Summary**:
This position comes with a high level of project ownership and influence, working with several small teams of highly effective developers.

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage projects executed by cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and requirements
- Working closely with engineers to plan, execute and monitor engineering projects and initiatives
- Working closely with product and business leadership to develop and maintain roadmaps, and communicate project status, timeline and risks
- Manage ongoing projects focusing on continuous improvement, business and player safety and cost optimization
- Holding daily standups and ensuring work remains focused and tasks are completed on-time by encouraging accountability

**What We're Looking For**:
Required skills:

- Proven experience of project management and related experience managing software development projects
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Understanding of software development lifecycle

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification, Agile certification, or Agile Project Management
- Experience in the gaming industry
