The Canadian Credit Cards and Personal Lending Group is responsible for product development, originations, customer lifecycle management, and financial performance of all Canadian Credit Cards products. TD is a market leader in unsecured lending and by provides a diverse suite of products and services. The Credit Risk and Exposure Management Team is a first line risk function that is responsible for the development and optimization of credit risk strategies and account management programs balancing business growth, customer experience, and credit losses.

- **Manager - Credit Risk and Exposure Management, Credit Cards**, you will be part of the Credit Cards risk team and will be responsible for account management risk strategies for credit card products. You will lead strategy development and execution of risk strategies balancing business growth objectives with managing credit losses. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Refining credit risk strategies through detailed analysis of P&L, ongoing competitive research, and review of marketing/risk management tactics, keeping in mind risk/revenue trade-offs
- Acting as “First Line of Defense” by managing and identifying risk in credit strategies, ensuring strategies are within TD’s Risk Appetite and risk management policies
- Driving improvements in E2E customer experience and optimize delivery of line management programs
- Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment
- Support and execute the delivery of other ad-hoc initiatives and projects as required
- Monitoring and reporting on strategy performance of risk programs

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree or technical certificate and/or over 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of lending business and associated risk and control environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, comfortable with data analysis
- Strong strategic thinking ability with a focus on customer
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain strong working relations with cross functional teams
- Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines and adapting to change in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the credit card or personal lending business is an asset
- Experience with Credit Limit increase or acquisition strategies is considered an asset
- Coding and Data Science experience is considered an asset (SQL, Python, Decision Trees, Tableau )
