**Full Time Invoicing and Administrative Clerk**

Full time invoicing and administrative clerk at our location around Don Mills and Overlea BLVD, Toronto. Your hours will be 8:15am to 4:45pm Monday-Thursday, 8:15am to 4pm on Friday.

You’ll be working in a family business established in 1911, with a team of 12 coworkers. We are a mail order wholesale supply business, shipping our products worldwide. We pride ourselves on fast dependable service—that’s where you come in

**Your responsibilities to include**
- Physically checking orders
- Invoicing orders
- Managing customer accounts
- Processing monthly statements
- Basic inventory control updates
- Data entry
- Miscellaneous office duties

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum one year of experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook
- Experience using Sage 300 ERP
- Experience using Shopify
- Self motivated with a positive attitude
- Can work in a fast paced, environment with changing priorities
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Must be able to multi task and prioritize
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Team player
- Detailed oriented
- Above average computer skills
- Good problem solving skills

Compensation is $840/week plus group pension plan and healthcare program after 6 months of employment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
