**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting drug and alcohol tests on individuals using various testing methods, including urine, saliva, hair and breath analysis.
- Following established protocols and procedures for specimen collection, handling, and testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations throughout the testing process.
- Documenting test results accurately and maintaining detailed records of testing activities.
- Accurate data entry and maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized and accessible

Qualifications & skills
- Post secondary education would be considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
