**Employment Opportunity - Project Coordinator**

We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and join an experienced team of painting professionals.

**Position Summary**

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Site Staff with the day-to-day coordination and administration of construction projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Setup projects in project management software
- Coordinate submittals and close-out documents
- Assist in analyzing and interpreting construction documents
- Monitor field work to ensure compliance with standards, procedures, drawings, and specifications
- Track and manage site instructions, contemplated changes, and change orders
- Track progress of awarded jobs
- Price additional scopes of work for current projects
- Order material and track hours
- Track invoices

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Detail oriented
- Able to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Self starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- 2 Years of commercial construction experience is an asset
- Valid BC drivers license

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
