Data Analyst/Software Developper

**The role we are offering you**:

- Perform analysis on large data set, extract insights and communicate various stakeholders with the objective of improving the overall business performance. Interact with customers around the world.
- Develop and maintain data management tools to help with every-day decision planning
- Create tools and build dashboards to facilitate reporting with relevant KPIs for different stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Digital Product Managers to explore new product ideas or enhancements
- Possibility to work on CAE simulator related software

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency creating SQL queries, Use of PowerBI or other data visualization tools
- Comfort cleaning and analyzing large data sets with appropriate data technologies (e.g., Python, Databricks, SAS, R)
- Experience in data warehouse design and implementation with an emphasis on data preparation
- Strong experience in analytical business decision-making, data analytics, and statistics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to discover patterns in data and figure out puzzling data relationships
- Experience in developing customer experience solutions (dashboards, KPI, scorecard)
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly
- Ability to exercise flexibility and operate independently in an agile environment
- Ability to articulate complex problems and concepts to a business audience
- Strong organizational skills and able to work under pressure
- Positive attitude towards accepting additional challenges and assignments
- Bilingual

Analyste de données/développeur de logiciels

**Le rôle que nous vous proposons**:

- Effectuer des analyses sur un grand ensemble de données, extraire des informations et communiquer avec diverses parties prenantes dans le but d'améliorer la performance globale de l'entreprise. Interagissez avec des clients du monde entier.
- Développer et maintenir des outils de gestion de données pour aider à la planification décisionnelle quotidienne
- Créer des outils et des tableaux de bord sur des KPI pertinents pour les différentes parties prenantes.
- Collaborer avec les chefs de produits numériques pour explorer de nouvelles idées ou améliorations de produits.
- Possibilité de travailler sur des logiciels liés au simulateurs CAE

**Nous recherchons quelqu’un qui**:

- Baccalauréat en informatique, systèmes d'information de gestion ou expérience équivalente
- Maîtrise de la création de requêtes SQL, utilisatio###n de PowerBI ou d'autres outils de visualisation de données
- Expérience dans la conception et la mise en œuvre d'entrepôts de données avec un accent sur la préparation des données
- Expérience dans la prise de décision analytique, l'analyse de données et les statistiques.
- Compétences analytiques avec la capacité de découvrir des modèles dans les données et de comprendre des relations déroutantes entre les données.
- Expérience dans le développement de solutions d'expérience client (tableaux de bord, KPI)
- Haut niveau de précision, souci du détail et capacité à apprendre rapidement de nouvelles technologies et de nouveaux outils.
- Capacité à faire preuve de flexibilité et à fonctionner de manière indépendante dans un environnement agile
- Capacité à articuler des problèmes et des concepts complexes à un public professionnel
- Compétences organisationnelles et capacité à travailler sous pression
