**Nature & Scope**:
The Manager, Marketing, Government Relations and Strategy will be a key partner in streamlining YMCA BC’s strategic initiatives through the optimization of processes and KPIs. The manager will be responsible for identifying growth and revenue opportunities while ensuring the long-term sustainability of YMCA BC’s community impact.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for identifying growth and revenue opportunities by leveraging insights from Marketing, Government Relations, and program evaluations.
- Identify and implement innovative processes, tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Collaboratively work with leaders in other departments including but not limited to Government Relations and Marketing to create structured frameworks that align with the organization’s strategic initiatives and goals.
- Partner with Data & Analytics team to develop metrics and tools that enable data-driven strategies to support the YMCA BC.
- Facilitate a collaborative environment, ensuring cross department leaders align with the organization's strategy initiatives.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, strategy, consulting, research and insights, or a similar role within a complex organization.
- A bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, such as engineering, international relations, or economics. A master’s degree would be beneficial but is not required.
- Experience with strategic frameworks, process improvements, and driving innovation.
- Proven experience working cross-departmentally and managing large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making, business case development, and the ability to implement structured organizational improvements.
- Experience in a not-for-profit or mission-driven environment considered an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
