Embarking on a transformative journey, the Technology Services Division is reshaping its culture and service delivery approach, focusing on four key priorities:

The Director, Business Solutions Architecture and Standards will provide leadership and direction in the development and sustainment of a business solution architecture framework that meets business goals, technical standards as well as the organization’s strategy while utilizing industry best practices and methods.

**Specifically, you will provide leadership in the areas of**:

- Business Solutions Architecture_
- Oversees the development and maintenance of a robust and adaptable business solution technology architecture that supports mid to long term business outcomes ensuring scalability, interoperability, and security, and is aligned with the enterprise-wide technology architecture.
- Interprets and translates business goals and objectives through both top-down or bottom-up analysis to understand business problems and develop comprehensive technology strategies, roadmaps and blueprints.
- Utilizes enterprise architecture principles to guide business transformations and enhance technology and organizational strategic objectives by optimizing its structure, processes, and systems and platforms.
- Develops and ensures technology solutions adhere to established architectural standards and guidelines, actively promoting best practices and architectural innovation.
- Identifies and deploys DevSecOps frameworks and automation tools to strengthen the foundational components for all modern business systems.
- Stays on top of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices on new business and technology capabilities that would drive continuous improvement and digital innovation.
- Standardization Delivery_
- Establishes governance mechanisms and review processes to monitor adoption and compliance with technology standards.
- Establishes and monitors key performance indicators to measure the success of rationalization efforts, standardization compliance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Drives cost savings by identifying opportunities to consolidate licensing, reduce maintenance, and optimize infrastructure.
- Communication Strategy and Change Management_
- Collaborates with businesses and IT stakeholders to understand current and future business needs and translates them into effective and scalable technology solutions and standards.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to prioritize based on business value, reduction of technical debt, and future scalability.
- Guides cross-functional teams in executing rationalization plans, overseeing seamless transitions, and minimizing disruption.
