We are looking for an e-commerce specialist with graphic design skills to join our collaborative and creative e-commerce team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Input and maintain merchandise data/assets into online ecommerce channels, such as Shopify, Amazon, and various marketplaces.
- Expedite and fulfill orders generated from online platforms.
- Review and analyze ecommerce marketing and sales data and generate actionable follow-up actions.
- Support the e-commerce team in generating marketing and graphic design materials.
- Grow e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, under the guidance of the e-commerce manager, by executing and implementing various marketing strategies.
- Respond to customer enquiries.
- Participate in regular team meetings to report and review e-commerce performance.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.

Preferable Asset: Strong graphic design skill and analytical skill with proficiency in MS Excel.

Understanding of Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
