**Position Overview: Director, Influencer Marketing (NOC 10022)**

This is a full time and permanent position with a salary range of $107,000 - $120,000 CAD. You will report to head office in Kitchener; however, this is a remote position so you are able to work in any province of Canada. You will work 40 hours per week in a 9-5 capacity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, and industry thought leaders across various social media platforms.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and deliverables.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content and assets for influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage and mentor a team of 5+ influencer marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Co-develop team KPIs, strategize and implement practices to effectively reach and maintain goals
- Co-lead onboarding new team members

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer culture. Plus experience in online or traditional publishing preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.
- Experience managing a team and leading cross-functional projects. Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree.
