**About the Role**:
We are seeking a versatile Junior Automation Sales & Mechatronics Specialist who can bridge the gap between sales and technical expertise. This role involves a blend of 60% sales and lead generation activities, complemented by 40% hands-on work in automation and mechatronics. As a key contributor, you will connect with potential clients, understand their automation needs, and play an active role in implementing QBOT's advanced solutions. This is an ideal position for recent graduates with a background in mechatronics who are also interested in gaining sales experience.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Sales Responsibilities (60%)**
- Develop a deep understanding of QBOT's offerings to communicate the value of our automation solutions effectively.
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support senior sales representatives in closing deals.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies based on industry feedback.
- Continuously research industry trends, target markets, and competitors.

**Technical Responsibilities (40%)**
- Assist in the design, development, and improvement of electromechanical systems, mechatronic devices, and robotic solutions.
- Test and install electromechanical, robotic, and automation systems.
- Program and troubleshoot vision-guided systems, PLCs, and other control systems.
- Generate technical project documentation, including BOMs, schematics, and operational instructions.
- Support the development and implementation of control circuits or algorithms for various devices and systems.

**About You**:

- **Recent Graduate**: Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- **Sales Enthusiast**: Interested in developing sales skills while utilizing a technical background.
- **Technically Adept**: Familiar with automation concepts, programming, and hardware like PLCs,MCU and sensors.
- **Driven and Resilient**: Thrive in fast-paced environments and remain persistent in the face of challenges.
- **Exceptional Communicator**: Able to convey ideas clearly in both technical and sales contexts.
- **Self-Starter**: Take ownership of tasks from beginning to end and can work independently while contributing to the team’s objectives.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with CRM tools, PLC programming, and programming languages such as C++, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360).
- Knowledge of automation systems, sensors, actuators, and mechatronic devices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in both sales and technical roles.

**Additional Advantages**:

- Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience in a sales, automation, or technical support role is a plus.

**Location and Eligibility Requirements**:

- Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario.
- Must be a permanent resident or citizen of Canada.
