Role Overview:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of staging/destaging and interior design installations, inventory management, team management, and overall warehouse operations. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse organization and operations, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
  • Manage staging/destaging and interior design installations, coordinating logistics and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Utilize StageForce software for inventory tracking and management, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Ensure trucks are properly maintained and fueled, guaranteeing smooth transportation of goods.
  • Collaborate with the design and admin team to ensure seamless installations and meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field, with a track record of success.
  • Ability to manage inventory systems, with experience using StageForce software being a plus.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to team management, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining professionalism and efficiency, even in fast-paced and dynamic situations.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off, among others.
