Medical Aesthetician

**Job Overview**
Canada Med Laser Clinics is seeking a passionate, experienced, and licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our team at our Newmarket location. This is an exciting opportunity for an aesthetician with a strong background in medical aesthetics, customer service, and sales. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll help clients achieve their skincare goals while delivering exceptional service.

**Duties**
- Perform advanced skin treatments, including laser hair removal using the Candela GentleMax Pro laser, Morpheus8 treatments, and microneedling.
- Conduct detailed skin and hair consultations to create customized treatment plans.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- Write and implement individualized upselling plans to enhance client satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
- Document and organize client information, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, supportive, and client-focused environment.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional service, following best practices, and maintaining professionalism.
- Qualifications:

- Licensed Medical Aesthetician with a degree in Medical Aesthetics.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Candela GentleMax Pro laser, Morpheus8, and microneedling.
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle client inquiries professionally.
- Proven sales and upselling abilities with a client-focused approach.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Team leadership skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Ability to upsell services and products confidently.
- Experience in body waxing and other aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of hair styling is a plus but not required.
- Sales experience in a retail environment is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37 per week
