Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team at the Newmarket branch. This is a **full-time, in-clinic **position with opportunities for professional growth and development within our expanding network of clinics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of medical aesthetic treatments including laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, Microneedling, Skin Mapping, Consultations, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peel, and facial procedures.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess individual needs and customize treatment plans.
- Utilize both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to deliver exceptional results.
- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral, to ensure a positive client experience.
- Upsell existing clients on additional services and maintain an excellent closing ratio.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and care in personal presentation.
- Work a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs, including evenings and weekends.
- Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing attentive and personalized care.
- Utilize various CRM/booking software to manage client appointments and records.
- Demonstrate advanced computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is an asset.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certification in Medical Aesthetics from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a medical aesthetic setting.
- Strong knowledge of various aesthetic treatments and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
