**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Process reservations and cancellations using the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction regarding room cleanliness and condition.
- Conduct regular inspections of the front desk area to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping as needed.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A background in custodial or industrial cleaning is beneficial for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the lobby area.

Pay: $16.55-$24.46 per hour

- Monday to Friday
