**Position**:Auto PD Adjuster

**What You'll Do**:

- **Claims Processing**: Handle Auto claims with meticulous attention to detail and quality.
- **Customer Service**: Provide compassionate support to policyholders throughout the claims process, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- **Investigation**: Conduct thorough investigations to determine the scope and details of each claim, ensuring all parties are treated fairly and respectfully.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient claims resolution.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to industry standards and company protocols to maintain integrity and uphold our commitment to policyholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: CIP, Community college diploma
- **Experience**: 2 Years or more of Adjusting or similar Insurance Experience
- **Skills**: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- **Attributes**: Ability to build relationships, manage conflicts, and prioritize customer service.

**What does our Hybrid workplace look like?** Subject to the department manager's discretion, employees may work up to two days per week from home.
