Production Coordinator

Burlington, Canada Pulse Scientific Inc. Full time

1. Primary responsibility is to oversee the Production area to ensure that we have sufficient inventory on finished products and raw materials in order to fulfill customer orders promptly.

2. Plan monthly production quota (based on established usage) - break down into weekly schedules. Consult with the General Manager for changes to established quota.

3. Ensure a minimum one-month stock is available at all times (based on the established monthly usage plan).

4. Ensure Export Orders are completed promptly.

5. Organize meeting with General Manager at least once per week.

6. Prepare and write all production-related documents for QA to approve.

7. Maintain production equipment.

8. Ensure sufficient raw material is available on hand.

9. Place raw material to its proper storage space after QC approval. Return unused raw material to its proper storage space.

10. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in production area.

11. Take monthly inventory of raw material/finished product and discuss with General Manager to order raw material.

12. To follow established procedure in ensuring that products made were in compliance with our specifications.

13. To plan and schedule production activities.

MUST HAVE:

- College Graduate with a Science background
- Multi-task ability & Quick learner
- Take responsibility seriously
- Excellent organization skill
- Ability to follow S.O.P. and Communicate effectively
- Good Verbal and written English
- Willing to accept suggestions
- Proficient in using MS word and internet
- Knowledge of Quickbooks will be an asset
- Drivers licence. (Local residence is preferred)
- Optional skills: previous experience with ISO quality system and customer service position

**Note: This is a temporary position for 12 months with a potential of becoming a full time position in the future.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
