**Reports To**

The Sales Representative will report to the Sales Manager - Thermo Solutions Inc.

**Job Overview**

The Sales Representative primary responsibility is the management of select small and private sales clients in respect to Thermo Solutions Inc. which includes thermal and acoustical insulation (Fiberglass and Urethane Foam), Mud Jacking and Fireproofing.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Managing leads and converting into prospects and clients.
- Attending client’s homes or businesses to assess product requirements and/or to complete site measurements for quotes.
- Completing plan measurements to provide quotes for clients.
- Ensuring prompt service to client or prospect inquiries.
- Liaison with clients and onsite services to ensure client expectations are met for execution, cleanup and follow ups.
- Create avenues to generate new sales leads.
- Creating innovative marketing methods to increase lead generation.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Participate in trade shows and sales seminars.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2 -3 years of sales experience in a client facing sales roles in the construction supplies industry with preference in the thermal insulation field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing timelines.
- A high degree of professionalism.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $58,000.00 per year
