Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Assistant

Location: 22 E 5th Ave, Vancouver

Hours: Part-time (20-30 hours)

**Salary**: $22 per hour (+ plus bonuses)

**Key responsibilities**:

- Gathering real estate market data and evaluating market trends
- Preparing presentations and pitch materials for new business pursuits
- Supporting the sales team in pursuing new business opportunities by preparing offering packages with mínimal supervision
- Pursuing the prospecting tasks provided by team lead
- Cold calling to set up meetings with potential clients
- Performing commercial real estate property research using in-house and third-party software tools
- Providing general administrative support to team lead
- Collecting supporting documentation for real estate transactions to complete the Deal Sheet, FINTRAC, all RECBC required documents for compliance purposes
- Potential to grow into a licensed sales production role

**Required Qualifications**
- Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
- Previous Research/Real Estate Assistant Experience preferred but not required
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, effectively manage time and workload and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- _**Real estate license is required**_
