**About Job**:
Are you a dynamic and strategic sales leader with a proven track record of driving commercial success? Join our innovative organization as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and lead the commercialization efforts of our technology-driven products and services. As CRO, you will be reporting to the CEO and play a foundational role in driving the company’s sales, business development, and overall revenue growth. Additionally, you will oversee the sales and marketing team members, ensuring their daily activities are aligned with company goals. **Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Commercialization: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the commercial success of our technology-based products and services, maximizing revenue generation and market penetration.
- Market Fit Validation: Validate the market fit of our offerings through market research and customer insights, ensuring that our products and services meet the needs and expectations of our target audience.
- Establish Sales Process: Create and implement a structured and repeatable sales process that ensures consistency, efficiency, and scalability in our sales efforts across different products and services.
- Acquisition Strategy: Lead the development and execution of effective acquisition strategies to expand the organization's customer base and market presence.
- Sales Meeting Execution: Coordinate and facilitate engaging sales meetings, ensuring impactful introductions and compelling content that resonates with clients.
- Proposal Management: Oversee the acceptance of proposals and ensure a seamless handoff to the delivery or product team, maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the sales-to-delivery transition.
- Unique Value Proposition: Identify and articulate the unique value propositions (UVPs) and unique selling propositions (USPs) of our products and services, aligning messaging with market needs for a differentiated positioning.
- Sales Insight: Gather valuable sales insights on key personnel, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations, leveraging these insights to establish strong relationships and develop tailored sales approaches.
- Business and Market Development: Drive initiatives for business and market development, identifying new opportunities for sales growth, and providing strategic direction for promotion, advertising, and sales activities.
- Sales Team Leadership: Oversee the daily activities and development of the sales and marketing team members, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and innovative sales culture.

**Qualification & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Mining, Computer Science. An MBA is a plus.
- Extensive experience in strategic sales planning, execution, and business development, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Extensive experience in selling Product/ platform in Resource / Mining Sector is preferred.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a focus on long-term partnerships and customer success.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, capable of developing and executing sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Exceptional customer management skills, with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
- Travel Requirement: Ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and build strong relationships in the market.
