Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital and Business Intelligence, the project coordinator will support multiple parts of the business. The Project Coordinator is passionate about bringing structure and creative solutions when it comes to building plans for all of our brands. The Project Coordinator is the quarterback of internal projects across Sports Business Operations and Events and Entertainment, shepherding the creative process, and ensuring on-time & on-budget delivery. They manage project workflow and partner in creative development while communicating roadblocks and continuously keeping a pulse on ways to improve how the team operates.

**_ What you’ll do:_**
- Create, track, and drive deliverables across multiple projects in the marketing space;
- Coordinate all requests from external departments through a shared inbox, making sure all requests are attended to by the right individual/department;
- Work collaboratively to ensure brief is clear with required information, understanding assignment, and being part of process until completion;
- Own, maintain and report on project plans and status for every project;
- Schedule and lead weekly internal status meetings;
- Provide approval on all marketing communications;
- Track key decisions and prioritization that impact project budget, cadence, scope, and/or timelines;
- Strong communication skills to be able to effectively work with Brand & Content, Digital Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, Partnerships, & Events & Entertainment;
- Identifies and facilitates important cross-team interactions during development and project delivery;
- Ensure the quality and consistency across all projects are consistent with brand guidelines;
- Proactively coordinates project activities to ensure effective communication, removal of barriers, and timely delivery of benefits to the business;
- Balance a sense of urgency with calm and confident demeanor at all times;
**_ What’s Needed:_**
- Completion of post-secondary education in project management, marketing or related field;
- 2-3 years of project management or equivalent experience; experience with project management software;
- Experience with copywriting and proofreading/editing, with a keen eye for detail, is a must;
- Experience working on a digital, creative, communications, advertising, or PR agency integrated account a plus;
- The ability to multi-task, work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced and challenging environment and on multiple projects at one time;
- Experience delivering diverse projects with a track record of success;
- Ability to influence others without formal authority; motivate teams from across the business;
- Expert communication and collaboration skills;
- Working knowledge of football and hockey, plus a familiarity with the Canadian Football League and Ontario Hockey League;
- Strong understanding and passion for Events and Entertainment;
- Experience working with and leading cross-functional team projects where multiple stakeholders are involved;
- Bilingualism in English & French is an asset;
