Position Summary
This position is the first point of contact in the Paterson Library Commons and provides reference and circulation services to faculty, staff, students and the general public at the Public Service Desk. This position will support student-centred learning, focusing on building library research skills and engaging students with tools of scholarship. The incumbent provides guidance and instruction to all patrons in the use of the library’s collections (print/electronic) and equipment. The incumbent collaborates with other Student Success departments in support of student success, recruitment, and retention initiatives.
