The Investment Management Office is part of the Global Investments and Growth Function in the Office of the Global COO. The role of the Investment Management Office (IMO) is to work closely with the Investment Owners, and their leadership teams globally, to ensure all the designated portfolio investments meet the strategic investment goals and business case ROIs.

**The Opportunity**

The IMO Lead reports into the Head of the IMO and leads the monitoring for a specific portion of Collective Strategies portfolio of investments including the following: Role of Sectors, Large Accounts and Next 20 Squared (N20S)

What you will do:

- Strategic responsibility to drive the oversight and governance of multiple Investments with authority to make recommendations to global leadership and the Global Board on adjusting investment strategy and business case, accelerating or reducing funding based on performance
- Investment Support -Interacts regularly with functional leadership and management committee leaders and is recognized as an authoritative figure with unique command of knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor to Investment teams and initiate ideas to significantly improve Investment outcomes.
- Investment Reporting & Value Tracking - Responsible for developing outcomes-based reporting and recommendations to Global leadership, the Investment Committee and the Global Board for effective decision making
- Acts in a leadership capacity & sets the strategic direction for the Investments they govern - deriving the interaction model and embedding themselves as a key senior advisor to the GMT and Investment leads
- Accountable for the IMO financial management process and people leadership for a team of a IMO Associates as deemed appropriate by the Head of the IMO. Responsible for setting the objectives, strategic direction, and priorities for the IMO Associates. Also responsible for people management activities such as setting goals, providing feedback and coaching, maximizing resource utilization and skillsets development.

What you bring to this role:

- 15+ years of experience in a professional services organization, including strong clients and markets experience
- Strong knowledge of the firm’s solutions and sectors, combined with a deep understanding of business development, sales and/or marketing activity in professional services
- Strong understanding of how large Global Account works, the Account Executive Team, the investment and returns, and how an account leverages the expertise and credentials from across the sector
- Demonstrated expertise in the areas of Investment management, program management, change management, and an understanding of operational and market strategies.
- Strong business knowledge and acumen.
- Experience leading large scale transformation programs
- Strategic thinker, with an ability to find innovative solutions to problems
- Strong analytical skills that can synthesize large amounts of data to extract what is relevant and provide clear direction to the ELT, GMT and Global Board on decisions to be made.
- Possesses strong collaboration and relationship management skills with the ability to influence.
- Proactively initiates ideas and can significantly influence the thinking and approach to drive expected outcomes.
- Leads team development, builds team morale, and champions the team to leadership.University Degree or equivalent work experience required
