**THE ROLE**

The Canadian Armed Forces Sports Coordinator will recommend corrective procedures for CAF sports program, as well as provide technical advice on the organization and operation of the national sports program.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

College diploma in Sports Administration, Recreation Management, or a related field, AND several years of experience in sports and recreation administration, or in a related field

**Experience**

In planning and coordinating the operations and delivery of regional/national sports programs
In coordinating leagues, tournaments, and championships
In planning and conducting presentations
In managing the work of volunteers
In budget administration

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

Bilingual Essential

This is an on-site position. Remote work may be required depending on health and safety considerations.
The selection process will be done virtually.
Relocation will be supported.
This position requires frequent travel within Canada while hosting CAF Nationals or others CAF sports events.
This position requires to work on week nights or weekends depending of the event.
