**Temporary Full-time Position - 12 months**

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Warehouse Professional who is responsible for the analysis and optimization of warehouse space utilization and layout to increase storage capabilities, productivity, reduce work stoppage, and improve safety. You will help identify and implement improvements within warehouse facilities to maximize efficiencies and reduce waste.

**How you’ll make a huge impact here - and in your career**:

- Redesigning Compugen’s warehouse facilities’ layouts making better use of available space to increase productivity and storage capabilities
- Reducing work stoppage
- Improving the safety and function of Compugen facilities
- Providing actionable insight and recommendations on layout if running out of warehouse space or if current layout is not as efficient as it could be
- Work with vendors to add / modify racking and material handling equipment
- Present recommendations to Compugen’s senior leaders and seek their approval for implementing recommended changes
- Work with vendors and warehouse operations team to implement approved recommendations
- Identify and implement the processes that need to be carried out within a space and layout the warehouse in a way that meets the needs of the facility

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and software
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Experience in preparing complex business cases and cost benefit analysis
- Bachelor’s degree or equipment experience - Supply Chain, Warehouse and Logistic
- Ability to influence in matrix organization
- A track record of delivering sustained and quantifiable results
- Data driven with an ability to use statistical analysis to make sound recommendations and decisions
- Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environment
