Are you an experienced Project Coordinator with extensive knowledge and experience in the construction industry - namely New Build, TI, and Renovation/Expansion work? Do you have excellent organizational skills and love to build and maintain relationships with clients? Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Create and maintain the project administration system
- Introduce project tracking tools including tracking of construction schedules and estimates
- Track productivity, costs and progress on projects - generating corresponding reports
- Provide support to the Construction Manager for client update meetings and project management, including monitoring and reporting on various aspects of the project
- Participate in the development of requirements for project management tools and processes
- Maintain project files and correspondence
- Provide support for meetings packages and report preparations; track and follow up on action items
- Assist in the coordination, preparation and submission of as-built drawings and design drawings
- Maintain personalized and consistent communications with owner, leadership and crews

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Construction Engineering Technology (CET), Architectural Technologies (AT), Architectural Building Technologies (ABT) or degree from an accredited engineering or construction management program
- 3-5 years experience as a Project Coordinator in commercial construction
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Sound decision-making skills while under limited supervision
