Serving customers at the front desk
- Answering all incoming calls.
- Placing customer's order over the phone.
- Process returns paperwork.
- Contact and maintain regular and prospective customers and explain product features.
- Following leads from existing clients.
- Handling customers payment and our drivers.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum one-year experience as customer service.
- High school diploma.
- Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English & French.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint are mandatory skills.
- Valid driving license with clean driver’s abstract (Optional)
- Must know how to operate computer and know how type in Keyboard.
