**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate **permanent full-time Audiologist** to join our team in **Oshawa, ON**. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with hearing and balance disorders.

**Duties**:

- Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry
- Conduct specialized tests such as otoacoustic emissions (OAE) and auditory brainstem response (ABR)
- Interpret test results and provide accurate diagnoses
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, including fitting and programming hearing aids and other assistive devices
- Provide counseling and education to patients regarding their hearing loss, communication strategies, and available treatment options
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in audiology research and technology

**Experience**:

- Master's degree in audiology from an accredited program
- 1+ year of experience is preferred, however, new grads will be given consideration
- Knowledge of audiological assessment techniques and equipment
- Proficient in medical terminology related to audiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
