**Manufacturing Specialist**:

Description:
Cette position peut inclure des quarts de soir: 14h-22h.

Supporter nos produits de simulation avec des connaissances d’outils de design tel que Creo et Microstation. Être la première ligne de contact pour toutes les problématiques et demandes du groupe de fabrication pour assurer une stabilité et standardisation de nos produits. Apporter des idées d’amélioration de nos processus, outils et produits pour diminuer nos couts, diminuer nos délais, augmenter notre qualité et travailler en sécurité. Être en mesure d’exécuter des taches de création de design en logiciel assiste par ordinateur ainsi que de la mise en plan. Travail d’équipe, communication et collaboration avec diffèrent groupe et ouverture d’esprit sont des atouts majeurs.

Ce que vous ferez:

- Support mécanique sur équipe de soir cellule d’assemblage et de fabrication.
- Designer en CAO et mise en plan avec outil Creo et Microstation.
- Designer outillage pour aider la production et améliorer la santé et sécurité de la production.
- Suggérer des améliorations dans nos processus, produis et outils en appliquant les principes LEAN.
- Travail d’équipe avec une équipe axe sur les besoins de ses clients.
- Trouver des solutions a des problématiques complexes.
- Lire et interpréter des dessins d’ingénierie selon les standards ANSI Y14.5.
- Doit être capable de participer activement dans un environnement avec plusieurs intervenants et fonctions.
- Performer différentes autres taches requises.

Compétences recherchées:

- Connaissance mécanique pour le design et la mise en plan.
- Connaissance outil CAO Creo et 2D Microstation.
- Connaissance des outils Lean Six Sigma.
- Bonnes habiletés relationnelles.
- Savoir communiquer les informations de façon claire et logique.
- Autonomie et sens des responsabilités.
- Orienté vers le travail d’équipe et l’esprit de collaboration.
- Capacité à gérer les priorités, travailler sur plusieurs dossiers à la fois, respecter les échéanciers et les délais serrés.
- Bonne organisation du travail.
- Capacité à s’adapter au changement.
- Minutie, souci du détail et du travail bien fait.
- Connaissance logiciel Excel et Access un atout.

Requis:

- Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou l’équivalent ou une technique dans un domaine connexe.
- 3 ans ou plus d’expérience dans le domaine.
- Expérience dans un environnement de support Andon un atout majeur.
- Connaissance de base de la suite MS Office.
- Aptitude à développer et maintenir de bonnes relations de travail avec les équipes inter
- fonctionnelles.
- Bilinguisme.
- Travail dans un environnement de bureau.
- Peut demander des voyages occasionnels à travers le monde.

This is a position that may include evening shifts: 2-10 PM.

This position supports our simulation products with knowledge of design tools such as Creo and MicroStation. Is the primary point of contact for all problems and requests from the manufacturing group to ensure stability and standardization of our products. Provides ideas for improving our processes, tools and products to lower our costs, decrease delays, increase quality, and work safely. Is able to use computer-aided design and drawing software to perform design creation tasks. Teamwork, communicating and working with different groups, and open-mindedness are major assets.

Your duties:

- Mechanical support as part of the assembly and manufacturing cell evening team.
- CAD and drawing using Creo and MicroStation.
- Designing tools to assist production and to improve production health and safety.
- Working on a team focused on customer needs.
- Finding solutions to complex issues.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings according to ANSI Y14.5 standards.
- Must be able to actively participate in an environment with several stakeholders and duties.
- Performing various other required duties.

**Skills**:

- Mechanical knowledge for design and drawing.
- Knowledge of the Creo CAD tool and of 2D MicroStation.
- Knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma tools.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Clear, logical communication of information.
- Autonomy; sense of responsibility.
- Focused on teamwork; has good team spirit.
- Ability to manage priorities, work on several projects at once, stay on schedule and meet tight deadlines.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to change.

- Knowledge of Excel and Access an asset.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent or a technical diploma in a related field.
- Knowledge of Sheet metal design and fabrication process
- 3 or more years of experience in the field.
- Experience in an ANDON support environment is a major asset.
- Basic knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with interdisciplinary teams.
