**What can I expect to do in this role?**:

- provide senior level administration, secretarial and logistics support to the Regional Manager and Regional Management team
- provide a wide range of Human Resources administration (i.e. human resources/payroll documentation/attendance, recruitment, corporate matters and issues management etc.)
- provide issues management and coordination of regional response to issues bypreparing and review briefing notes, presentation decks, meeting notes and house notes, etc.; interacting with General Manager and Director's office.
- provide financial support services (i.e. monthly purchasing card collection and verification, vendor invoice verification and preparing budget forecasts for Regional Manager's office, etc, )
- provide office management, group leadership, direction and training on financial and administrative policies, procedures and best practices to seasonal and summer support staff
- provide customer service to internal and external clients

**How do I qualify?**:
**Administrative and Human Resources Skills**:

- You have experience providing a variety of administrative support services (e.g. scheduling, minute taking, records management, compiling information/ materials, etc.).
- You are resourceful and have the ability to provide a wide range of human resources support services.

**Group Leadership Skills**: You have leadership and teamwork skills to support the Regional Manager, Coordinators and regional management team and to direct seasonal support staff (i.e. assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensuring high quality work and deadlines are met).
- You have proven knowledge and skills necessary to ensure confidentiality and security of files and records.
- You have demonstrated leadership and team work skills to provide training and direction, recommend performance targets and assist with performance reviews with support staff.

**Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:

- You have a high degree of judgement and use of discretion when working with confidential and sensitive information/matters (e.g. Minister letters, briefing notes, job competition packages, leaves of absence or lateral transfer requests).
- You have well developed written communication skills to independently compose, proof read and prepare information, correspondence and other information products.
- You have proven interpersonal skills to build relationships and work work harmoniously with all levels of management and staff.

**Analytical and Problem-solving Skills**:

- You have proven analytical skills to independently resolve a variety of operational/administrative problems in order to ensure the continuous flow of information for the Regional Manager's office and the region.
- You have the ability to identify and prioritize issues for the attention of management or staff and easily handle a number of issues concurrently.
- You can analyze and summarizes information and ensure key points are identified.

**Other Essential Skills**:

- You have judgement skills to independently determine best course of action.
- You have highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to assess administrative requirements, and determine and schedule priorities among conflicting demands.
- You have proven ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
