**Job Title**

Client Services Rep
- Driving Client Value - Understanding, anticipating and acting on initiatives that make it easy for clients to do business withRBC.
Provides consistent service within established Client Service Commitments/Service Partner Commitments and seeks toimprove the quality, timeliness and consistency of responses to client concerns.
Takes ownership of client concerns, building ownership and accountability at first point of contact through client-focusedbehaviours, ensuring, when necessary, the escalation process is followed.
Employee language and behaviors support a client first mindset at all times.
Employees understand and accept change as it relates to their role and commitment to client experience.
Focused Prioritization & Execution - Identifying and implementing industry-leading solutions that have a direct impact onthe RBC client experience.
Identifies and recommends solutions to recurring errors and servicing gaps to Team Manager.
Identifies and recommends service improvements/enhancements to Team Manager.
Employees contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing new ideas and best practices. Values and builds on ideaspresented by others.
Operational Excellence - Providing leading security, safety and privacy practices for our clients
Ensure all authorities (anti-money laundering, systems access, privacy etc.) are adhered to, reviewed and understood.
Achieves compliance to schedule, processing and/or availability targets
Exercises due diligence in following operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
Performance Accountability - Taking ownership of performance, aggressively measuring success in delivering employee,client, financial and operational value
Employee takes personal accountability for high achievement, flexibility and empowerment.
Actively participates in coaching opportunities and learning opportunities to improve his/her individual and team contributionthrough collaboration.
Ensures all documents are examined for completeness and accuracy, and takes appropriate steps to correct for client.

**Job Summary**

Position Purpose:
To provide professional, attentive and accurate service to clients at first point of contact. Meets the immediate needs of the client by providing solutions and resolves issues. Listens to client’s needs, takes accountability to accurately complete transactions and delivers a superior client experience with every interaction. Primary goal is to understand client requests and respond with appropriate service.
