Customer Service Rep - BAM (CAN)

Purpose

CSR will support our International Sales & Service team. This role will work across the organization to facilitate effective administration and office operating procedures related to the customer experience.

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks

Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below.

Customer sales order processing Customer shipment and documentation. Export supply-chain management: Coordinate ocean shipments Export documentation Respond to & resolve customer inquiries Coordinate foreign supplier purchase orders & payment Assist with Documentary Collections & Documentary Letters of Credit Identify opportunities to create efficiencies, streamline operations and implement new processes to handle tasks Provide administrative support where required

Supervisory Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications/ Education / Experience / Certifications

Education: Note desired educational requirements. College Diploma in Business Admin and/or equivalent is required. Please note whether required or preferred as this helps identify potential level. Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree (Do not remove as this is required language)- Preferred.
