**Duties and Responsibilities**

CLLC is seeking a new team member to oversee campus matters relating to finances and operations. In this role, you will provide timely and friendly support to your CLLC Ottawa administrative team, students, teachers and homestay providers.

Specific job tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Creating invoices for students and agents and ensure that each is accurate before distribution
- Receiving and Approving payments and ensuring information on receipts is correctly entered into the database
- Updating financial information in student accounts as needed (students financial end dates and adjust financial end dates following vacations)
- Collecting Cash / Cheques - Declare cash / keep record of payments and deposit in bank
- Adjusting invoices (course changes / commissions / discounts)
- Paying bills / reviewing invoices, including daily operations and paying agent commissions
- Writing Cheques (pay homestays, student refunds, etc.)
- Managing and maintaining campus Petty Cash
- Managing incoming payments for tuition and homestay programs (allocating funds to the correct profile, ensuring invoices are correct before receiving funds on invoice, etc.)
- Processing refunds (receiving approval)
- Keeping detailed records of all incoming and outgoing money to the campus
- Ensuring graduate profiles are clean (all HS paid out, no payments to collect or return, extend graduates - if needed)
- Purchasing textbooks (updating inventory)
- Entering weekly payroll (biweekly)
- Checking any teacher / administration vacation days / personal days (include medical insurance)
- Completing month-end reports
- Managing funds in Campus Operations Account - request fund transfers
- Requesting fund transfers from Trust Account to Savings Account
- T2202 forms
- Creating wires (refunds / commission / visa refusals)
- Performing other assigned duties that are within the area of knowledge and skills required by the position

**Educational Requirements**
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma
- International experience is also considered an asset

**General Requirements**

Pay: $38,000.00 per year
