**Job Description**:

Our TW Heavy Vehicle Parts Distribution Center in Longueuil is looking for a Specialized Warehouse Clerk to support our management team in office administrative tasks._**

**_ This is an evening shift, you can start between 12:00-3:00 depending on the schedule you will choose_**

**_ Your main responsibilities will be:_**
- Verify, investigate, and reconcile receiving transactions and daily external storage transfers.
- Perform stock transfers between the warehouse and external storage.
- Follow up on internal (distribution centers) and external (local suppliers) purchase claims with the store manager, suppliers, and/or distribution center contact person.
- Prepare sales reports, when required;
- Perform any other task required by your immediate superior.

**Qualifications**:
**_
To join our team, you need:_**
- Vocational diploma in office administration or accounting.
- Have 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual
- Excellent organizational skills and autonomy.
