**Job Title**:Shipping & Receiving Clerk

**Location**:Longueuil Local Office

**Duration: 5 Months Contract with Extension**

**Shift Hours**:7:00am to 3:30pm m-f

**Payrate: 22 Incorporate +HST+GST**

**Overview**
- MUST be fluent in French with English skills a "nice to have"
- This position does NOT require bilingual capabilities
- This role requires excellent attention to detail and listening skills
- Per manager, the ideal person is this role will _"listen and then execute"_
- Must have previous ERP experience (original JD referenced Genius and Oracle - but any prior ERP experience will suffice)
- Will take someone with at least 6 months prior exp if they're really sharp
- Onsite interviews - likely 1 hour long to allow for introductions and potentially a brief tour of the facility

**Duties**:

- Utilize warehouse management systems to track, record, and maintain inventory levels
- Process orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling products
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to move materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload shipments in a timely manner
- Inspect incoming and outgoing packages for damages or discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment

**Requirements**:

- Experience with shipping and receiving processes
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments
- Basic math skills for inventory management tasks
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution practices is a plus
