Description

**Responsibilities**:
Provides project management on large scale, high profile and high risk projects for OPS I&IT initiatives.

Ensures project deliverables meet clients’ business requirements on time, scope and budget, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance with OPS project management methodologies and frameworks.

**MUST HAVES**:
**Artificial Intelligence** Strong Knowledge and /or experience of using AI tools for Business Analysis / Project Management

**Business Systems Analysis**: Strong experience in business/systems analysis within software/product development

?**General Skills**:
**Project Management**: Gathers requirements, creates detailed project schedules, monitors and forecasts project costs, and manages project schedules, deliverables, and scope.

**Coordination and Communication**: Coordinates project processes, develops guidelines, clarifies roles, resolves conflicts, and ensures knowledge sharing.

**Risk Management**: Identifies and mitigates risks, prioritizes issues, and recommends strategies to senior executives.

**Conflict Resolution**: Ability to identify and address conflicts between project and functional areas.

**Client Relationship Management**: Skills in managing client expectations, providing updates, and resolving potential conflicts.

**Stakeholder Engagement**: Participates in steering committees, provides reporting to senior executives, and promotes best practices for project management.

**Technology Recommendations**: Ability to recommend software, hardware, and technology resources.

**Desirable Skills**:
**Project Management Knowledge**: Understanding of PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge.

**Accessibility Standards**: Familiarity with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and related regulations.
