Server/barista

We are a fast-paced restaurant seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Server/Barista to join our team. As a Front Server/Barista, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, preparing specialty coffee beverages, taking customer orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. **Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to work on the week days and weekend
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages, ensuring quality and consistency
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning dishes and equipment
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and the ability to make various coffee beverages
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality products
- Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Please note that this is a part-time position offering the minimum wage. However, there may be opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization. As a fast-paced restaurant, we require individuals who can handle a demanding work environment and excel at multitasking.
