Overview:
**Duties**:
- Answer, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate people within our organization
- Taking and forwarding messages from incoming callers
- Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, deposits
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer service or customer support background
- Familiarity with phone systems
- Data entry proficiency

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
