**Who You Are**:

- minimum of 2 years’ experience as a coordinator or supervisor in a restaurant environment.
- possess a minimum of 2 years of restaurant service experience in preventative maintenance.
- possess post-secondary education or training in engineering, construction, architecture, or a related discipline.
- experience in a construction company would be considered an asset.
- thorough technical knowledge and experience with exhaust hoods, grease traps and restaurant/retail maintenance etc.
- take responsibility for your success and failure.
