**What you’ll do**:

- Maintain and organize member documentation files
- Reviews and processes registered plan documentation, and completes year-end requirements for registered and non-registered deposits
- Complete year-end requirements for registered and non-registered deposits, following government regulations and other requirements
- Estate administrative duties including document preparation and account monitoring
- Providing support, expertise and hands-on support to provide the optimal member experience

**What you’ve got**:

- High School diploma and 1 year of related experience or an equal combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of the financial services industry
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
