**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail bicycle store as sales or customer service
- Successfully achieving your training points within the appropriate time given. This involves online training, practical role plays and learning while working
- Adequately prepare bikes that are booked for service for our mechanics
- Take accountability of customers journey from compiling quotes, following up and converting to sales and after sales care.
- Reach individual and stores monthly and annual sales targets
- Update your training on new model bikes, clothing, components and technology
- Actively participate in daily meetings and end of day debriefs
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering warm hospitality, pre-qualifying and listening to customer needs and suggesting best options
- Assembling new bicycles to be put on the floor, when the sales floor is quiet
- Be aware of business protocols, ethics and confidently deciding on how to handle customers needs
- Keep the store clean and organized, regularly restock and arrange merchandise, update prices promptly based on vendor changes, and conduct scheduled product counts.

**Skills**:

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Placing customers needs first and foremost, ensuring that all customers have an amazing experience when they visit or phone the store
- Empathize with customers frustrations and going the extra mile to ensure that appropriate solutions are found to keep customers happy
- Approach challenges with an optimistic, solution-drive attitude
- Be adaptable as sales processes, customer needs, and industry needs are ever changing
- Work well in a team and have a growth mindset to improve and uplift entire team and contribute towards the continued success of the business
- Have efficient time keeping skills and the ability to serve multiple customers at the same time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
