- Incentives to achieve goals As an independent contractor representing Axiom-FrontLine Financial, *you will be responsible to solicit prospective clients, perform financial needs analysis for individuals and/or families, and sell insurance products to meet those needs.* You will also service existing clients and have opportunities to move into leadership roles. *This is a 100% commission-based position. This means your income will be directly tied to your sales performance. *There is no fixed salary, but this structure offers unlimited earning potential based on your sales success. To be successful as an Insurance Independent Contractor Sales Manager, you must have:

- Valid driver’s license
- Actively recruiting new talents
- Excellent at Sales/closing Sales
- Have or be willing to obtain required insurance license(s)

- Monday to Friday
