**RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS**:

- Participer à l’élaboration des plans de qualification des procédures de soudage GMAW, MCAW, GTAW, RSW et Laser ;
- Donner du support technique aux opérations manufacturières : Projets d’amélioration, résolution des non-conformités et analyse des modes de défaillance ;
- Participer aux plans de formation et de développement des soudeurs et opérateurs en soudage ;
- Développer et assurer le bon fonctionnement du soudage robotisé ;
- Participer au maintien des certifications CSA W47.1, CSA W47.2, CSA W55.3, EN15085 et ISO3834 ;
- Assurer le support technique en soudage aux autres sites manufacturiers en Amérique

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**:
**Qualifications et connaissances fonctionnelles**
- Technique en génie métallurgique (option soudage, un atout) ou combinaison d’expériences pertinentes en soudage;
- Certifications comme superviseur en soudage à l’acier et à l’aluminium ou inspecteur en soudage, un atout;
- Minimum de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Maitrise du Français et connaissance intermediaire l’Anglais;
- Faire preuve d’autonomie et de rigueur.

**Compétences techniques**
- Connaissance des codes en soudage (AWS, CSA et ISO) pour soudage à l’arc et soudage par résistance;
- Excellente maîtrise des procédés GMAW, MCAW, GTAW, RSW, LASER;
- Excellent communicateur et travailleur d’équipe;
- Disponible à voyager optionel;
- Connaissance de base de la suite Office;
- Connaissance du logiciel Autocad et ou Draftsight, un atout.
