*Responsibilities*
- diagnosis furnaces, boilers and plumbing system control and system failure and come up with a solution
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and mechanical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters and HVAC technicians
- Conduct regular maintenance on plumbing and heating systems to ensure functionality
- Adhere to safety standards and building codes while working on projects

*Experience*
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber or similar role
- Proficiency in reading manuals, schematics and blueprints
- Ability to weld, plumb, assemble, and maintain various plumbing components
- Experience with heavy lifting and working with both hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $81,017.00-$100,000.00 per year
