**What You Will Do With Us**:
As a **Process Analyst** based in **Mississauga,** you'll analyze and improve business processes, gather, and analyze data, drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, develop training materials, and need a bachelor's degree, experience in process analysis, strong analytical and Excel skills, and excellent communication skills.

**How You Will Thrive With Us**:

- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze data related to performance, including promo analytics, key vendor performance & Branch analytics.
- Identify root causes of process issues and develop strategies to address them.
- Document current and future state processes, including process flows, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by implementing best practices and monitoring process performance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to optimize processes.
- Monitor process performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for further optimization.
- Ensure processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Develop training materials and provide guidance to team members on new processes and improvements.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of updated procedures.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).
- Proven experience in process analysis, business process improvement, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Advanced Excel Skills - certifications in Microsoft Office or Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management and change management practices.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
