Overview:
The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) is currently seeking an energetic and collaborative individual to join our team as an Analyst, Systems Network with the Information Technology team. The Finance and Information Technology Division is responsible for all aspects of corporate financial management and reporting, information technology strategies and plans, as well as other organizational service functions including procurement, risk management, internal audit, emergency/contingency planning, and facilities management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP, Office365, Azure environments.
- Provide support to other members in the department to facilitate network changes or troubleshooting the network.
- Maintain key Business Applications for optimal operational system support.
- Participate in development and support projects related to Business Applications.
- Develop documentation on the system configuration, operational procedures, backup and disaster recovery procedures of all Infrastructure and Business Systems.
- Understand network switches, firewalls, Antivirus, and wireless environment.
- Understand Internet circuits, SDWAN, VPN & Application Gateway environment.
- Investigate any incidents and develop remedial prevention techniques.

Qualifications:

- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Information Management, or related discipline.
- 3 years’ experience in Information Technology working with servers, Azure cloud, Office 365, network, security and patch management.
- Knowledge of SDWAN, firewalls, antivirus, VPN, and Application Gateway environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics, Power Apps).
- Experience in a regulated industry or public utility setting is an asset.
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure Solutions, Security, or Networking would be an asset.
